Suggest a better description1. place flour, corn flour and salts in kitchen aid bowl, mix by hand
2. proof yeast in water with sugar
3. mix proofed yeast in kitchen aid with dough hook until smooth and barely tacky to touch (knocks around in bowl)
4. place kitchenaid bowl in steam over at 90 degrees ,80 percent humidity until doubled in size (how long is this?)
5. cut dough into six portions, roll into smooth balls and place in greased tupperware until ready to use (couple of hours?)
6. roll or stretch crust, and use whatever topping (use cornmeal under peal)
7. cook at 675 degrees in pizza oven, using doughnut if red sauce
