1. Mix the flours, wheat germ, sugar, baking soda, salt and margarine until crumbly. Add the eggs and the buttermilk (or milk) until the mixture is sticky.
2. Add fruit - like chopped dates, currants, raisins, apples,pears etc.
3. Roll it out on a flour surface until 1" thick and cut into citcles.
4. Cook on floured baking sheet for 16 minutes at 375 degrees
