Original recipe calls for 1 1/2 cups sugar; cut to half
1 medium zucchini = 2 cups of zucchini
Combine wet ingredients (eggs, oil).
Separately combine dry ingredients.
Add zucchini and nuts.
Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
For muffins, bake for 25 minutes
