Karaage ( also called Tatsutaage) is Japanese fried chicken usually cooked for lunch,dinner, or put in a Bento box. It can also be a nice good party dish
1. Remove unwanted fat from chicken but leave the skin on (the skin makes the chicken crispier!)
2. Cut up into bits-sized pieces.
3. Put the chicken in a bowl.
4. Add ?? marinate for 30 minutes.
5. Drain well and mix in the beaten egg.
6. Add flour and katakuriko and mix
7. Deep fry in oil at 338*F for 5 minutes
8. Then turn to 374*F and cook for 20 minutes until crispy golden brown
9. Eat with ketchup or lemon if preferred
