Fast, easy baked chicken recipe
Arrange chicken pieces, (skin sides down if not removing skins) slightly apart in a single layer in a shallow rimmed baking pan or casserole. Stir together sugars, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and garlic. Spoon about half of mixture over chicken.
bake uncovered in a 400 F oven for 25 minutes. Turn chicken and add remaining sauce. Reutrn to over and continue baking until meat near bone is no longer pink when slashed (about 15 minutes more).
