Use this recipe to make a thin fried bread like naan, pancakes, or french toast. Makes seven 4-inch round "flatbreads".
1. Heat the water for 30 seconds in the microwave
2. Mix all the dry ingredients and add the water
3. Form a dough, let it rest for 15 minutes while the psyllium husk hydrates, then cut into 4 parts
4. Roll out the dough
5. Fry on both sides till golden brown (about 1.5-2 minutes)
6. Serve
