Beat the soft cheese gradually adding the sugar then cornflour. Do not overbeat. Add in the lemon zest and juice then eggs.
Pour over the base and bake for 10min then lower to 110C and bake another 25min. Turn off and leave the door closed for 2 hours.
Top with berries and cream.
