Pretty much spot on the flavor of KFC, sans the pressure-frying.
1. Combine
2. Use additional white flour to coat chicken (dark meat, bone in, with or without skin)
3. Dip in egg wash
4. Coat with KFC 11 Herbs & spices
5. Cook in air fryer 9-10 minutes @ 330F
6. Finish in air fryer 8-9 minutes @ 390F
NOTE: Use HALF the flour (1 cup instead of 2).
