Hot peppers are tricky business. When you take the seeds out, it lessens their heat. Dont be afraid to try these. Mine came straight for the garden, but you can purchase these in the produce department as well.
Wash and Slice peppers horizontal and seed, (MAKE SURE YOU WEAR GLOVES). Mix onion with softened cream cheese and mix it cumin and cilantro (dried if you dont have fresh). Add fresh ground pepper if desired. Stuff the peppers and top with cheese. Bake 20 minutes in oven at 375 degrees or until brown and bubbley.
