This recipe is dedicated to my daughter. She can make it herself!
1. Boil water in a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat.
2. Add pasta and stir. Turn heat down to medium. Set a timer for the cooking time shown on the pasta bag.
3. Pour the desired amount of sauce into a small pot over medium-low heat.
4. Put lettuce, carrots, tomato, cucumber, and green onion in a medium-sized bowl.
4. Drain pasta when timer goes off. Serve onto plates and scoop the warm sauce on top. Serve with the salad.
Recipe is for kids to make dinner! Also, to add to menu plan to remember to make for an easy dinner night.
