Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Roll out one can crescent rolls. Do not separate - push seams together and line bottom of pan.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and egg yolk. Mix with mixer - spread mixture over crescent rolls. Unroll 2nd can of crescent rolls on top.
Beat egg white until bubbly. Pour/spread evenly over top of rolls.
Bake at 350 25 minutes or until brown.
Glaze with powdered sugar, milk, vanilla while warm.
Serve warm or refrigerate for later.
Don't overcook - "or until brown" can vary with different ovens.
