Suggest a better descriptionToast white sesame seeds on a skillet using medium heat until golden brown. Be careful not to burn them, otherwise they'll be bitter.
Put garlic, and toasted sesame seeds in a food processor and blend well. Put all ingredients except the vegetable oil in a mixing bowl and blend together. Whisk in the vegetables oil a little at a time.
Makes enough for 40 pounds of Korean Beef ribs
