Suggest a better descriptionWash cilantro and trim ends. Blend with lime juice.
Pour everything into crockpot and turn on low for 8-10 hours.
30 minutes before serving, pull chicken out and shred with two forks. Mix back into soup.
Top with cheese (Parmesan is my favorite), avocado, more lime and cilantro, if desired. Serve!
