Cook the bacon. Remove to cool. Keep some of the bacon grease.
Slice the brussel sprouts in half or quarter in large. Place in pan with bacon grease, Saute until al dente. Sprinkle with soy and splenda.
Once Bressel Sprouts are done, crumble bacon over the top and serve.
