Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Add olive oil & garlic to skillet. Cook for 1 minute
2. Add beef and cook until browned
3. Mix in red wine
4. Pour & mix in passata/canned tomatoes/pasta sauce
5. Add & mix in salt & pepper to taste & oregano
6. Pour & mix in lasagna
7. Cover for a few minutes until sauce is simmering/bubbling
8. Pour & mix in béchamel sauce
9. Remove from heat
10. Roll out a small piece of dough. Fill with lasagna filling. Roll up and place on a greased baking pan
11. Mix together melted butter, garlic & parsley
12. Brush melted butter on dough balls
13. Bake for 15 minutes
