Ricotta filling:
15oz ricotta
1 egg
1/2 cup fresh basil or basil spice
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
Creamy sauce:
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
1 1/2 cup milk
Pinch salt
Pinch of pepper
1/4 shredded parmesan
For sauce: melt butter then add flour on medium till golden or bubbling, add milk bring to a boil then add parmesan, let cool and pour on top.
Sauce in pan first
Then noodles
Sauce again
Then ricotta
And then some mozzarella cheese
Do this 3 layers
At the last one lots of mozzarella cheese
Bake for 45 min at 350°
When done pour creamy sauce on top
