Suggest a better descriptionBoil lasagna noodles according to direction; al dente. While noodles are being made brown the meat and add onion salt and pepper.
When meat is cooked through remove from stove and add to a large bowl. Once meat is cooled add sauce and parsley. Using a blender, blend eggs and cottage cheese.
Use a 9x13 baking dish to put the lasagna layers together starting with the meat mixture on the bottom. Alternate between meat mixture, noodles, moz cheese & egg mixture. Repeat layers and top with parmesan cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 - 60 minutes at 375 degrees.
Uncover for the last 10 minutes to let the cheese brown.
