This is 1/2ed the original recipe from Rosemary Willaford to fit in a 9x13 pan
Brown the meat and garlic, drain. Add tomato paste, sauce and spices to the beef mixture. Cover and simmer for 20 min.
Mix the cheeses together. Alternate meat, noodles, cheese. End with meat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over.
350 for 20-30 min.
