Suggest a better descriptionCook and crumble and drain ground beef. Add chopped onion and garlic powder. Sauté till onions are partially cooked. Add sauce, paste,sugar,water and oriegano and pepper. Simmer 45minutes. Meanwhile cook noodles according to package directions. Combine cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese with beaten egg add 1/2lb mozzarella . Set aside. Layer noodles,1/2meat sauce,noodles,cottage cheese mixture, noodles,rest of meat sauce,1lb mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 1hour covered at 350 degrees. Let set before slicing
