Suggest a better descriptionBrown ground beef and sausage, drain, and stir in sauce. Mix together ricotta, eggs, parmesean and parsley. Spray 9 x 13 with cooking spray. spread some sauce in bottom of pan, layer 4 noodles on top. Put all of ricotta mixture, then more sauce, and 1 cup mozzarella. Layer 4 more noodles, remaining sauce, and 1 cup mozzarella. Cover with foil. You can freeze like this. If freezing, thaw before cooking.
Bake, covered, @ 375 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes, then an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
