Blend the first 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl till fine. Press into an ungreased hotel pan. Bake in a 350F preheated oven for 20-25 min OR UNTIL BROWN. Take out and set aside.
Mix the next 6 ingredients in a small mixing bowl and pour over the cooked crust. Return to oven and bake for an additional 25 minutes at 350F. or until done . Check for Doneness.
Take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
