Lemon Cake-Emma Shalhope
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour bundt pan.
Mix together cake mix, dry pudding mix, oil, eggs and water in large bowl.
Beat 2-3 minutes, scraping bottom and sides of bowl with spatula.
Pour into prepared bundt pan.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Mix lemon juice and confectioners sugar together to make glaze, pour over cake.
