In a medium size non-metal dish, combine lemon juice, garlic, rosemary and parsley. Arrange chicken parts in lemon mixture turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 10-20 minutes. Drain chicken reserving lemon mixture. Broil 5-6 min from heat, brushing with reserved lemon mixture. Continue cooking at 350 F (or grilling) and basting til chicken is fork tender, about 35-45 min. Serves 4
