Cube chicken into bite sized bits.
Mix marinade in medium mixing bowl, add chicken. Marinade for 10 to 20 minutes.
Heat about 2 -3 cups of oil in wok on high heat.
Mix sauce ingredients and simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally, do not allow to boil.
Remove chicken from marinade, coat in batter mixture and add to preheated wok. Cook until golden brown. Remove from wok to serving dish. Pour sauce over chick and serve.
