Suggest a better description1. Place dates in a bowl and cover with boiling water.
2. Use the large holes on a grater to zest the lemon. Put zest into a food processor.
3. Trim the top and bottom off the lemon and remove the pips.
4. Chop lemon and add to food processor along with coconut flour.
5. Strain dates and add to other ingredients.
6. Turn on food processor until a dough like consistency is attained. Add extra water if required.
7. Mold mixture into little balls and coat in desiccated coconut.
8. Chill in fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
Mixture will become soft again if not kept cold
