Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 & coat 10-inch bundt pan with cooking spray.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form & set aside.
Beat sugar and butter in large bowl until fluffy.
Stir flour with baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
Whisk yogurt with lemon juice and vanilla in separate bowl.
Add flour and yogurt mixture to butter mixture in 3 additions.
Fold in egg whites until streak-free.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then turn onto wire rack to cool completely.
Make glaze by blending powdered sugar, with lemon juice and butter until smooth and pourable (add up to 2-tsp more lemon juice if necessary)
Drizzle over cooled cake allowing it to drip over the sides of the cake.
Let stand until set.
Garnish with sugared cranberries for holiday treat.
