Mix mince, salt, pepper & yeast
In a food processor, mix eggs, oil, hers and garlic. Blend until eggs froth and all combined.
Add egg blend to beef and combine.
Add mixture to loaf pan.
Place in oven and cook for 50-60mins.
Garnish with Lemon.
Enjoy.
