2. Marinade them for an hour in the juice of ½ a
lemon, salt, pepper and the needles of the
rosemary sprig.
3. Steam the cauliflower & then blend the florets
with melted butter. Season with salt & pepper.
4. Grill until cooked, about 7 minutes on each
side.
