Savory cookies
1. Cream butter and both sugars
2. Add egg yolks, lemon zest, lemon juice and Rosemary. Mix until combined.
3. Stir together flour and salt. Mix into wet ingredients just until no dry streaks remain
4. Press into a disk and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill at least 2 hours
5. When ready to bake, let sit for 10-20 minutes at room temperature
6. Roll between 2 sheets of waxed paper to 1/4 inch
7. Place on parchment lined baking trays. Set trays in refrigerator or freezer while oven is heating
8. Set oven to 350. When preheated, bake cookies for 8-10 minutes rotating trays mid-bake
