Pasta with mushrooms
Slice mushrooms finely and put them in a large bowl with oil, salt, minced garlic, lemon juice and zest and thyme leaves. Cook pasta. strain and put into bowl with mushroom mixture. Toss everything together, then add parsley, cheese and pepper and toss again.
