Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 500 degrees:
In a large bowl mix togather the olive oil, hot sauce3,salt, pepper, garlic powder,& Paprika
Add the cube potatoes and stir to coat.
Add the potatoes to a greased baking dish.
When scooping the potatoes into disn, leave behind the excess olive oil/hot sauce mix.
Add the chicken to the left behind sauce and stir to coat the chicken, allow to marinate while the potatoes cook.
Roast the potatoes for 45 to 50 minutes stirring every 15 minutes until cooked thru and are nice and chrispy on the outside.
lower the oven temp to 400 degrees.
Once the potatoes are done Add the marinated chicken.
Mix all the topping ingredients togather and add to top of the chicken mixture.
Bake 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is melted and bubbly
You can serve with Ranch Dressing. Added Hot sauce if preffered.
