Really tasty and really easy. Our family's newest favorite potatoe dish. Great dish for company and potlucks, not only is it really good, but it can be made a day or two beforehand.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix in hash browns.
Spread into a 9x13 pan.
Top with additional cheddar cheese.
Bake at 400 for 45-60 minutes
Yields 8 large servings.
This dish gets is really good the first day and gets even better after a day or two in the refrigerator. It also freezes and reheats well.
