At 4.5 net carbs per serving, its not the lowest of low carb desserts, but its very yummy.
1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease 2 baking custard cups
3. Whip egg white until stiff
4. Beat together egg yolk, sugar substitue and melted butter.
5. Fold ground almonds into egg yolk mixture
6. Fold in beaten egg white
7. Divide batter between the 2 custard cups.
8. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until pick comes out clean.
