Fry mustard seeds until they pop then add onions and garlic and fry until browned
Add spices and tomato purée
Cook for 5 mins adding water to stop it sticking
Add prawns and sliced tomato when almost cooked
Heat tortilla in a little oil
Fold tortilla in half and cut in 2, fold again and serve with prawns on top, coriander and homemade mint yoghurt (Optional)
