Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all other ingredients, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool. Serve with Orange Mallow Cream (see recipe in this cookbook). Makes 12 servings. Prep time: 10 minutes plus cooling. Cook time: 35-40 minutes.
