This is my mother's meatloaf recipe. All time family favorite
Mix all ingredients ingredients except barbecue sauce together and shape in loaf pan. Top with barbecue sauce. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. (If you don't have onion soup mix you can substitute 2 tablespoons dry onion and 2 more teaspoons garlic.)
