One of my absolutely favorite meals to make and eat.
Best Side Dishes:
-Garlic Smashed red skin potatoes
-Smashed sweet potato
-Sweet Corn
Meatloaf
• Chop the 1/2 onion down to small bits
• Add all ingredients to the egg and beat until smooth
• Add mixture to ground beef and mix together well
• Make a loaf shape with the beef mixture on a foil covered baking sheet
• Put the loaf in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up
• Preheat oven to 375
• cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes
• Add Meatloaf Sauce to top
• Return to oven for 15 more minutes uncovered
• Check internal temps and remove when it has hit the desired temperature of 145 – 150 Degrees (Medium Well)
• Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes
• Internal temp will finish at around 155 degrees (Well Done)
• Cut and serve with your favorite sides

Meatloaf Sauce
• Add Ketchup to a small round bowl
• Add Honey to the ketchup
• Mix thoroughly
• Taste, add more honey or ketchup to your taste preference

Added Heat Bonus
• Add 1 Tablespoon of sriracha to your meatloaf sauce
