1) microwave the cream cheese for 1 minute in a large bowl
2) beat 8 eggs
3) beat the cheese until smooth then add the eggs and salt and beat until well mixed. Finally, add the psyllium husk and beat until smooth
4) press and roll the mixer between 2 large pieces of parchment paper. You will have to divide the mixture in 2. you will end up with 2 large sheets of "pasta".
5)Bake at 300 degrees for 12 minutes.
6) cool and slice into elbow pasta sized strips.
7)In a large pot melt the 1 pound bag of Kraft Mac-n-cheese mix. once melted and mixed, add the Frank's hot sauce.
8)Add the "pasta" to the cheese melt and mix thoroughly.
9)Bake in a greased casserole dish uncovered for about 18-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Switch to broil for 2 additional minutes to to brown top
