Though the lisy of ingredients in this recipe may be long, do not be intimidated by it as it is really easy to make, the preparation time is quite painless and the result is scrumptious.
1. Place all ingredients in a tagine and simmer for 2 - 3 hours or until the meet is tender.
2. Tip the contents of the tagine into a pan and add the frozen vegatbles. Cook over a high heat for 5 - 6 minutes.
3. Serve with naan bread.
1/4 teaspoon Crushed chillie flakes removed to reduce heat.
