Boil peeled potatoes until tender. Beat sour cream & cream cheese together. Add butter, milk chives, & garlic cloves, salt & pepper.
Place in containers to freeze. Pull out of freezer night before to thaw
Put in crock pot(s) to heat - dot top with salt, pepper, garlic, butter & paprika to taste
