Combine all ingredients; mix well. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Bake at 350F. for 30 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
I barbecue my turkey for Thanksgiving, so I have room in my oven to reheat these potatoes. It's nice to not have to worry about getting the potatoes peeled and cooked. The potatoes don't have any extra seasoning which makes them a great foil for gravy.
