In a medium skillet, heat the butter, sugar, and maple syrup over medium heat. Stir until smooth and the butter is melted.
Add the carrots and toss to coat.
Cover and reduce the heat to low.
Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender and glazed.
Original recipe called for carrots to simmer for 15-20 minutes but time was adjusted for larger baby carrots, which we found took longer to cook.
