Suggest a better description1 qt saucepan whisk maple syrup, miso, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and ginger; heat to boiling. Boil 1 min or reduced to 1/2, whisking. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/4 tsp pepper. Cool slightly. Transfer 2 tbsp to small bowl for brushing chicken.
Place beans and 3 Tbsp water in 2 qt glass baking dish, cover w vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high 3 min. or until tender. Stir in peas. Cover. Microwave 3 minutes more. Drain well. Toss w/ 1 Tbsp sauce. Transfer to platter.
Heat greill pan on med high. Sprinkle chicken w 1/8 tsp. salt. Grill chicken 4 min or until grill marks appear. Brush chicken w reserved 2 tbsp sauce. Turn chicken. Grill 4-5 min or cooked through. Place chicken on vegies. Serve w remaining sauce and cilantro.
