This is my version of the classic
Rub the top of your pizza crust with half of the olive olive oil. Spread tomatoes evenly around the pizza. Place slices of mozzarella in between slice of tomato & one in the center.
Bake in a 450 degree oven until cheese turns golden brown and crust is cooked. Spread fresh basil around the pizza and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Cut into 6-8 pieces and serve.
