My favorite beef marinade, pairs great with ramen or traditional American meals
1. Use either a ziploc bag or a deep pan just big enough for the meat to fit in, so it will be coated evenly
2. Mix the ingredients together until combined, making sure the honey isn't too clumped
3. Add meat and either seal the bag or cover the pan with some cling wrap.
4. Meat can marinade as little as an hour but I prefer to let it sit 8 or more, flipping the bag at least once.
Cooking times will vary depending on size, cut, and how done you like your meat. For us, we typically go with two 4oz sirloin cuts and we cook it with a little of the marinade so it takes roughly 4 minutes a side and comes out well done. Keep a steady eye on it because the sauce caramelizes very nicely but if you don't watch it the sauce is quick to burn.
