Slice strawberries put in bowl and add 1/4 cup sugar, orange juce and lemon juice. Toss to combine and let macerate at room temp for 30 minutes. Taste and add more sugar if desired.
Cream: Place mascarpone in a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup heavy cream, sugar, lemon juice, Zests. Stir well to combine. With electric mixer on high speed beat the remaining cream until soft peaks form. Fold the cream into the mascarpone mixture.
Serve cream on top of sugars in a nice glass.
