2. heat olive oil and melt the butter
3. Cook the chicken, each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer onto plate, cover and set aside.
4. add the garlic and saute for a minute or until it's fragrant. Add chicken stock and deglaze the pan.
5. lower the heat and add heavy cream and the parmesan cheese. Allow the sauce to simmer for a couple of minutes, then add with red pepper flakes
6. Season with salt and pepper to your taste, add the sundried tomatoes then put the chicken back in the sauce and let sauce simmer and thicken for a few more minutes.
