Sweet and spicy side dish for fish or even Thanksgiving Turkey!

Boil Sweet Potatoes for 20-25 minutes, until tender. Drain and peel. Mash well with butter, salt, and milk. Beat until fluffy. Stir in Habanero or Jalapeno syrup.
O M G! You will not believe this recipe! Great with Fish, or Turkey or whatever. For a slightly milder maple syrup I use jalapeno syrup rather than habanero for others, I would not hesitate to use Habanero if you want it a little spicier. Whatever your preference.
