Suggest a better descriptionCombine oil, sugar, & egg in large mixer bowl. Beat well. Blend in vanilla and zucchini. Sift together dry ingredients then add together into oil mixture and blend well. Add nuts.
Pour batter into 2 large or 3 medium well greased and lightly floured pans.
Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until toothpick test done.
