Add a hot loaf of bread and you have a wonderful cold-weather meal
In Large bowl, combine; Ground beef, Italian sausage, bread crumbs, Grated parmesan, salt, pepper and egg. Mix well then form into 3/4 inch meatballs.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in 4-6 quart dutch oven over medium heat. Cook meatballs, onion and garlic until meatballs are browned, turning frequently. Drain liquid from the dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients except zucchini. Bring to a boil. then reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add zucchini; cook covered 5 minutes or until zucchini is crisp-tender and paster is of desired doneness. Serve with Parmesan cheese
To save time when you are busy you can buy fully-cooked frozen meatballs, just brown them with the onion and garlic, and follow the recipe from there omitting the other "meatball" ingredients.
